Andy Siegel

Chief Business Development Officer and Head of Goodwin Living Health

“I am always looking for creative ways to increase our health care offerings and service delivery to residents, members and patients. By doing so, we also expand our mission and increase the number of people whom we can serve.”
Andy M. Siegel’s passion for collaborating with health care providers brought him to Goodwin Living, where he leads efforts for new business opportunities to help expand the Goodwin Living mission. Since joining Goodwin Living, Andy has been integral in developing a strategic plan with three areas of specific focus: enhancing and expanding home- and community-based services; providing alternative reimbursement models to increase services available to older adults; and increasing corporate partnerships for health care service delivery and research.
Andy is a frequent lecturer on Post-Acute Care Services and Management at The George Washington University, Milken Institute School of Public Health. Andy received both of his degrees from GWU: a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Social Justice, with a concentration in Geriatrics and Palliative Care, and a Masters of Healthcare Administration.

Vice President of Performance and Operations, Goodwin Living Health
Melinda Gren PT, DPT serves as Goodwin Living Vice President, Performance & Operations of Home & Community Based Services (HCBS); she has been in this role since 2022. Melinda provides strategic leadership to various Goodwin Living HCBS offerings, including an age-in-place program, home health and rehabilitation. Previously, she provided leadership as the executive director of Goodwin Home Health. Melinda received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of North Dakota. She has been in physical therapy and management for 15 years, in a variety of settings, the majority of the last 10 years has been in the post-acute setting. She enjoys leading in a mission-driven organization and supporting team members who care deeply about their profession and patients. Melinda enjoys staying active and loves running. On the weekends she can be found near the ocean, in the mountains, or enjoying time with her family.


Kerri Mai
RN
Administrator, Goodwin Home Health
Kerri Mai is the Administrator of Home Health and began her career at Goodwin Living in September 2020. She began her medical career as a combat medic turned military nurse, specializing in ICU support for Combat Support Hospitals. As a civilian, she started working with the older adult population as an MDS coordinator for Medical Facilities of America where she reviewed documentation for Medicare reimbursement. She worked for The Virginian Retirement Community as an Assistant Director of Nursing providing the education and support of the nursing and clinical team, and was was promoted to Director of Post Acute Care and supported patients as they transitioned from skilled nursing care back to their homes in the community. This prepared Kerri for her transition to the Home Health team she currently leads with 52 team members, and an average census of 150 patients in all of Northern Virginia.
Kerri has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, she has received the Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Certification, and she is a Certified Coding Specialist.

Medical Leaders and Advisors


Margaret Gloria
MD
Medical Director, Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Dr. Margaret Gloria, MD, HMD is the Medical Director for Goodwin Hospice. She provides oversight over physicians and advanced practitioners throughout the organization as well as strategic guidance to the Goodwin House Incorporated management team on issues surrounding COVID-19, academic research, organizational growth, and clinical models that enhance care for those served by the organization. Prior to joining Goodwin House, Dr. Gloria served as an attending physician at The George Washington University Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine where she enjoyed teaching about the role of palliative medicine in community health.
